TSLA-backed loans · Robinhood Chain 46630

Controlled risk for stock-backed lending.

StockReef helps reduce TSLA-backed debt before market closures and controls when new USDG credit can resume.

On Robinhood Chain testnet, the market uses Paxos USDG and faucet TSLA. The app runs a scripted Friday close and Monday reopening for the TSLA price and clock; balances, limits, amounts and every transaction come from the deployed contracts.

Friday example

A funded repayment reduces this loan before the close.

Fixed TSLA price: 400 USDG. Full calculation below.

The control sequence

How StockReef controls risk

Before close

A lender deposits 85 USDG. A borrower posts 0.25 TSLA and borrows 72 USDG. A funded 7 USDG buffer executes first, reducing debt to 65 USDG and loan to value from 72% to 65%. A liquidator trim is an alternate action only if debt remains eligible.

Trading closed

When trading closes, new borrowing and debt-backed TSLA withdrawals lock. Manual USDG repayment and TSLA deposits stay available.

Reopening

A fresh 400 USDG TSLA price is accepted. A liquidator can submit an eligible recovery trim. After the recovery interval, new credit becomes eligible if the market remains open and the lender book is unimpaired.

Friday example

One loan. Three paths into the close.

At a fixed price of 400 USDG per TSLA, 10,000.00 USDG of collateral secures 7,200.00 USDG of debt. At 15:15, the falling threshold is about 71.667%, making this 72% LTV loan eligible for a trim.

Borrower-funded repayment

700.00 USDG

Borrower USDG repays debt. TSLA stays in the loan.

65% LTV after repayment

Liquidator-funded trim

2,077.15 USDG

Liquidator receives 2118.69 USDG of TSLA value.

65% LTV after trim

No transaction

0 USDG

Debt carries into the closure with accrued interest.

Remaining exposure stays visible

Rounded values from the fixed-price worked example, before additional interest. A trim repays more because it also removes collateral.

Lenders: If collateral later covers less than the remaining debt, lender shares reflect the amount recoverable from that loan.

Liquidators: A liquidator who holds seized TSLA carries its later price movement.
